WARRANTY COVERAGE

All LEXOL wetsuits are carefully made in Japan and guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized LEXOL retailers or official online stores.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

    •    Seam separation or failure of glued or taped joints

    •    Broken or detached zippers

    •    Defective neoprene or lining materials

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

    •    Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

    •    Normal wear and tear, including fading, creasing, or stretching

    •    Punctures, tears, or cuts from external objects

    •    Damage due to exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, or UV sunlight

LEXOL WETSUITS assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or accidents while using the product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    •    Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after each use.

    •    Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

    •    Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.

    •    Store flat or hanging in a cool, dry place away from UV light.

Proper care will extend the life and performance of your LEXOL WETSUITS.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If you believe your product is defective under this warranty, please contact us with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

We will inspect the item and, if applicable, repair or replace it at our discretion.
